Abstract

Hyperactivity disorder and attention deficit disorder is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders. It has a sig-nificant negative impact that is transversal to the different contexts where the child is inserted. Due to its complexity, the existence of a multidisciplinary approach is essential, with the psychologist having a preponderant role in cognitive, socioemotional and behavioral assessment, as well as differential diagnosis and effective intervention.
