Abstract
Virtually any antineoplastic agents can cause hypersensitivity reactions and these can vary from mild to fatal anaphylactic reactions. In the absence of a viable alternative, desensitization can be the only way to continue the treatment. With this arti-cle we intended to review the indexed published data, in order to characterize hypersensitivity reactions related with cytostic drugs used in paediatric age and their management.
